Für unser Speditionsbüro - Frachtführerunternehmen suchen wir auf Teilzeit/ Vollzeit eine/n engagierte/n, freundliche/n und teamfähige/n Mitarbeiter/n (m/w/d) im kaufmännischen Bereich, die/ der unser Team ergänzt.

Vergütung: 16 € Brutto/ Stunde

Du kannst eine kaufmännische Qualifikation mit Erfahrung im speditionellen bzw. organisatorischen Umfeld vorweisen

Du bringst die Bereitschaft für das Arbeiten flexibel bezüglich der Tageszeit.

Sind zwingend erforderlich:

Verhandlungssichere Deutsche und Russische Sprachkenntnisse.

Wünschenswert sind gute MS Office Kenntnisse, besonders in Excel

Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Motivation

Freundlicher Kundenkontakt - Fahrerkontakt

Ausgeprägter Teamgeist sowie interkulturelle Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören auch allgemeine Büro- u. Verwaltungstätigkeiten wie z. B:

  • Postbearbeitung
  • E-Mail-Kommunikation
  • Telefongespräche führen.
