Unser kaufmännisches Team steuert unser tägliches Business. Ob in der Buchhaltung, im Customer Service, im Einkauf oder in der operativen Auftragsbearbeitung: Wir lieben es, zu planen, zu strukturieren, kreative Lösungen zu finden, Innovationen voranzutreiben.   • DAS MACHT IHNEN SPASS
  • Sie sind für die Organisation und Durchführung der Zollabwicklung im Export zuständig
  • Sie kümmern sich um die Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Lieferpapieren in SAP
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Avisierung und Koordination von LKW-Abholungen zur termingerechten Abwicklung
  • Ausfuhranmeldungen über ATLAS gehören zu Ihrem Tagesgeschäft
  • Sie unterstützen bei der gesamten kaufmännischen Abwicklung unserer Versandprozesse
  • DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
  • Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise im Speditions- oder Logistikumfeld
  • Sie besitzen Kenntnisse im Bereich Zollabwicklung und den damit verbundenen gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation mit Kunden bereitet Ihnen Freude
  • Sie konnten bereits Erfahrung in der kaufmännischen Abwicklung und Abrechnung sammeln
  • Belastbarkeit, Organisationstalent, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit, Loyalität und absolute Zuverlässigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
