## Sie verfügen über:

  • eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (z.B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau, Speditionskaufmann/-frau usw.)
  • wenn möglich ca. 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Umfeld eines internationalen Unternehmens, bevorzugt aus den Bereichen Spedition, Logistik oder Versand
  • die Fähigkeit mit MS-Office-Anwendungen sicher umzugehen (idealerweise bringen Sie erste SAP R/3 Kenntnisse mit)
  • über gutes Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Ihre Aufgaben sind:

  • Disposition und Abwicklung von Versandaufträgen für den globalen Transport
  • Erstellung sämtlicher zollrelevanter Dokumente (int.-Transport)
  • Korrespondenz mit europaweiten Speditionen
  • Verwaltung des Leergutmanagements
  • Bearbeitung von Ausfuhrnachweisen
  • Prüfung des Akkreditivs und Erstellung akkreditivkonformer Dokumente

Anforderungen :

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau, Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbar
  • Wünschenswert ca. 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Umfeld eines internationalen Unternehmens, bevorzugt aus den Bereichen Spedition, Logistik oder Versand
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office; idealerweise bringen Sie erste SAP R/3 Kenntnisse mit
  • Gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Organisationsfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
