Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

die SDL Bahndienste GmbH sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen kaufmännischen Leiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für unseren Standort Gersthofen / Augsburg.

Wir suchen eine unternehmerisch denkende Führungspersönlichkeit, die unsere kaufmännischen Prozesse eigenverantwortlich steuert und die Geschäftsführung bei der wirtschaftlichen Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens unterstützt.

Aufgaben und Verantwortung

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Finanzen, Rechnungswesen und Controlling
  • Überwachung von Liquidität, Zahlungszielen und offenen Forderungen
  • Kalkulation von Angeboten und Kontrolle der Auftragsmargen
  • Steuerung von Personalkosten und wirtschaftlicher Auslastung
  • Kaufmännische Prüfung von Verträgen und laufenden Projekten
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der kaufmännischen Verwaltung
  • Regelmäßige Berichte und Handlungsempfehlungen an die Geschäftsführung

Wunschprofil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer kaufmännischen Führungsposition
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Controlling, Rechnungswesen und Liquiditätsplanung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in Personalintensiven Dienstleistungsunternehmen, Sicherheitsdiensten oder im Bahnumfeld
