Ihre Mission:

  • Sie übernehmen die kaufmännische Gesamtverantwortung und entwickeln den Bereich gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung weiter.
  • Sie steuern und begleiten die Bereiche Finance und Controlling und stellen eine verlässliche kaufmännische Planung und Steuerung sicher.
  • Sie führen ein kaufmännisches Team und sorgen für klare Strukturen, effiziente Abläufe und eine gute Zusammenarbeit.
  • Sie treiben die Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung kaufmännischer Prozesse aktiv voran.
  • Sie bringen sich auch operativ ein, analysieren Kennzahlen und schaffen damit eine belastbare Grundlage für unternehmerische Entscheidungen.

Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer kaufmännischen Führungsposition mit entsprechender Personalverantwortung.
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung in Finance und insbesondere im Controlling.
  • Kaufmännisches Verständnis und Freude daran, neben strategischen Themen auch operativ mit anzupacken.
  • Erfahrung im Mittelstand oder in vergleichbaren, unternehmerisch geprägten Strukturen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind willkommen.
