###### DIE TÄTIGKEIT IM ÜBERBLICK

  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Auftragsbestätigungen
  • Telefonische Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden
  • Bearbeitung von Lieferterminanfragen
  • Erstellung von Lieferscheinen, Versandpapieren und Rechnungen
  • Organisation von Transporten und Auslieferungen
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Maschinenstammdaten
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische Verwaltungsaufgaben

###### ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau im Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Exakte, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Englisch- und Französischgrundkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Interesse an technischen Produkten
