  • kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Auftragserfassung bist
  • du ein wichtiger Teil unserer operativen Prozesse und sorgst dafür,
  • dass Aufträge korrekt angelegt, geprüft und weitergegeben werden.
  • Damit leistest du einen entscheidenden Beitrag für einen
  • reibungslosen Ablauf unserer nationalen und internationalen
  • Transporte. Deine Aufgaben Auftragsannahme, -prüfung und
  • -anpassungen/-änderungen Auftragsdaten im TMS erfassen Erfassung von
  • Abholaufträgen in andere Filialen/Länder Bereitstellung der
  • erforderlichen Informationen für den Abholplaner Zuordnung von
  • EDI-Aufträgen Übernahme von Kunden-EDI und Fehlermanagement
  • Archivierung von Dokumenten/Frachtbriefen nach der Datenerfassung
  • (digitales Archiv) Dein Profil Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung,
  • idealerweise im Bereich Spedition und Logistik, oder eine
  • vergleichbare Qualifikation Auch als Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit
  • Interesse an der Logistik bist Du willkommen Du verfügst über gute
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie MS-Office-Kenntnisse Du
  • arbeitest kundenorientiert, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert Du
  • bist offen für Neues und arbeitest gerne mit verschiedenen Teams
