  • Organisation und Überwachung von Warenlieferungen bis zur Rechnungslegung im In- und Ausland

  • Zusammenstellung von Statistiken, Reporting
  • Stammdatenpflege

# Ihr Profil:

  • eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Industriekauffrau/-mann, Kaufmann/-frau Groß- und Einzelhandel) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • sichere Softwarekenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • idealerweise Erfahrungen im Bereich Zoll, Außenwirtschaft, Exportkontrolle und USt
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit der Software Sage und AEB-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Affinität am Umgang mit Zahlen
  • selbststandige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise in Kombination mit einer ausgeprägten „Hands-on“-Mentalität
  • Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Teamplayer-Mentalität
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Gewissenhaftigkeit
  • Kunden -und firmenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
