  • Deine Aufgaben✓ Bearbeitung aller anfallenden Sekretariats- und Assistenztätigkeiten✓ Erfassung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Angeboten✓ Rechnungserstellung nach Aufmaß und Vorgabe der Bauleitung✓ Terminkoordination und administrative Aufgaben✓ Abwicklung der Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Dienstleistern✓ Bauaktenführung sowie Ablage und Wiedervorlage
  • Dein Profil✓ Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung✓ Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bauhaupt- oder Baunebengewerbe in ähnlicher Position✓ Sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS 365✓ Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einer ausgeprägten Teamfähigkeit und Dienstleistungsorientierung✓ Hohe Zuverlässigkeit sowie gute Kommunikations- und Ausdrucksweise
