  • Einkauf und Beschaffung von Baumaterialien, Geräten und Dienstleistungen
  • Einholung und Vergleich von Angeboten und Bestellabwicklung
  • Koordination von Lieferterminen und Nachunternehmerleistungen
  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Vertragsunterlagen und Rechnungen
  • Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, Kunden, Behörden und Firmen
  • allgemeine kaufmännische und Organisatorischen Tätigkeiten im Baubüro

Anforderungsprofil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen oder Handwerk
  • Berufserfahrung im Baugewerbe, Baustellenerfahrung von Vorteil
  • Quereinsteiger mit Berufserfahrung möglich
  • technisches Verständnis und wirtschaftliches Denken
  • Organisationsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke und selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • sicherer Umgang mit Handwerkersoftware und MS Office-Anwendungen
  • sicherer Umgang mit DATEV Unternehmen online
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
