  • Sie übernehmen die Auftragserfassung, -bearbeitung und -verfolgung in unserem ERP-System.
  • Sie achten stets auf die Einhaltung von Termintreue, Produkt- und Servicequalität und leiten ggf. notwendige Korrekturmaßnahmen ein.
  • Sie prüfen Produkt- und Transportverfügbarkeiten in enger Abstimmung mit den Kollegen/innen der Produktionsplanung und Logistik.
  • Sie pflegen Kunden- und Stammdaten im ERP-System und erstellen Rechnungen, Proforma-Rechnungen, Gutschriften sowie Lastschriften.
  • Sie unterstützen außerdem bei der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen.
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung wünschenswert
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, in der Vertriebsadministration oder einer vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Funktion – gern in einem industriellen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. EXACT, SAP S/4HANA)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung gepaart mit einem souveränen Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
