Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Disposition gesucht

Wir sind ein modernes Familienunternehmen mit 35-jähriger Erfahrung und der Partner für Container-, Recycling- und Transportdienstleistungen im Kreis Heinsberg mit eigenem Wertstoffhof in Waldfeucht-Haaren.

  • Ab sofort bieten wir eine Vollzeitstelle als Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) als Kaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) Büromanagement (Fahrzeugdisposition) an.
  • Dich erwarten ein gutes Arbeitsklima, ein abwechslungsreiches Tätigkeitsfeld sowie die Leistungen eines gestandenen Unternehmens mit guten Verdienstmöglichkeiten.

Teamfähigkeit sowie kollegialen Umgang setzen wir voraus.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Auftragsannahme und Beratung unserer Kunden
  • Erfassung der Aufträge in unserem Warenwirtschaftsprogramm
  • Verteilung der Aufträge auf die Fahrzeuge
  • Kalkulation von Aufträgen
  • Angebotserstellung auf Emailanfragen
  • Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden und Kollegen
  • Abwicklung von allgemeinen Bürotätigkeiten
  • Arbeitszeit 5 Tage (ganztägig) sowie ca. 2 Samstage (vormittags) im Monat
  • Dein Profil
  • EDV-Kenntnisse mit den gängigen Systemen (MS-Office, etc.)
  • Selbständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freundlichkeit im Umgang mit den Kunden und Kollegen
  • Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative
