AUFGABEN:

  • Operativer Support: Du unterstützt das Team tatkräftig bei allen anfallenden operativen Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Beschaffung: Der Einkauf von Werkzeugen und C-Teilen liegt in deinem Aufgabenbereich.
  • Buchhaltung & Auswertungen: Du übernimmst vorbereitende Buchhaltungstätigkeiten und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Statistiken sowie Auswertungen.
  • Datenpflege: Du bist für die gewissenhafte Stammdatenpflege im ERP-System zuständig.
  • Logistik-Support: Du greifst dem Team im Warenein- und -ausgang unterstützend unter die Arme.

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Qualifikation: Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine technische Ausbildung mit einer entsprechenden kaufmännischer Weiterbildung.
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Anwendungen ist für dich selbstverständlich. Zudem bringst du Grundlagen in der Arbeit mit einem ERP-System mit.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest selbstständig sowie sorgfältig und bringst ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Flexibilität mit.
  • Persönlichkeit: Empathie sowie eine aufgeschlossene und kommunikative Art runden dein Profil optimal ab.
