- Ihre Aufgaben
- Kaufmännische Unterstützung sowie Begleitung von Projekten und Förderprojekten
- Erstellung von internen und externen Statistiken
- Berechnungen und administrative Begleitung der Anmeldung von Projekten im
- Rahmen der Beihilfe
- Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsuntersuchungen und kaufmännischen
- Berechnungen
- Unterstützung der Teamleitung
- Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einer entsprechenden Weiterbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes
- betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Versierter Umgang mit den gängigen EDV-Programmen (MS Office); Kenntnisse in
- ERP-Systemen (SAP) und in OLAP-Systemen (Jedox) sind wünschenswert
- Kooperativer und verlässlicher Arbeitsstil
- Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Teamfähigkeit
