  • Auftragsannahme und -abwicklung
  • Ansprechpartner für die Wundexperten in Bezug auf Bestellungen
  • Dokumentation, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundenkontakten und Stammdaten im EDV-System
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, insbesondere bei Fehlmengen von Bestellungen
  • Bearbeitung und Versand von Wunddokumentationen unserer Patienten
  • Durchführung organisatorischer, kaufmännischer und verwaltender Tätigkeiten
