Für einen unserer Kunden im Raum Krefeld suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter QHSEE (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Dokumentenmanagementsysteme (QM, UM, EM, ASM)
  • Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterweisungen
  • Organisation und Durchführung von internen und externen Audits
  • Überwachung gesetzlicher Auflagen und bindender Verpflichtungen
  • Ausbau und Optimierung der Prozessdokumentation
  • Verwaltung und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmenlisten
  • Recherche, Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Förderprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
  • Beauftragung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Prüfungen sowie Auswertung der Prüfergebnisse
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des Nachhaltigkeitsberichts
  • Erstellung des Jahresberichts für das integrierte Managementsystem

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt in den Bereichen Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt oder Energie
  • Gute Kenntnisse und Interesse an QHSEE-Managementsystemen
  • Technisches Grundverständnis
  • Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Systemen (MS Office)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten in Präsentationen
  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
