  • Einkauf & Bestellwesen: Auslösen, Bearbeiten und Überwachen von Bestellungen bei Herstellern und Lieferanten
  • Warenwirtschaft: Anlage und Pflege von Artikelstammdaten, Preisen und Lieferantendaten im ERP-System
  • Lieferantenkommunikation: Klärung von Lieferterminen, Lieferverzögerungen, Mengendifferenzen und Reklamationen
  • Belegprüfung: Kontrolle von Auftragsbestätigungen, Lieferscheinen und Eingangsrechnungen
  • Warenverfügbarkeit: Abstimmung mit Verkauf, Wareneingang, Lager und Controlling
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung , beispielsweise als Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement, Kaufmann im Einzelhandel, Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) oder vergleichbar
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in Einkauf, Bestellwesen, Disposition oder kaufmännischer Sachbearbeitung
  • Auch motivierte Quereinsteiger mit kaufmännischen Kenntnissen sind willkommen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und gängigen EDV-Anwendungen
  • Kenntnisse in ERP- oder Warenwirtschaftssystemen von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein verbindliches Auftreten gegenüber Lieferanten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Interesse an Fahrrädern, Sportartikeln, Zubehör oder Bekleidung

Auch interessant für Dich, wenn Du derzeit als Einkaufssachbearbeiter, Sachbearbeiter Einkauf, Einkaufsassistent, Mitarbeiter Einkauf, Dispositionsassistent, kaufmännischer Sachbearbeiter oder Mitarbeiter Warenwirtschaft (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) tätig bist.
