Was du bei uns machst:

  • Du bist erste*r Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Kund\*innen – per E-Mail & Telefon
  • Du kümmerst dich um Lieferanfragen, Retouren, Reklamationen & Co. – freundlich, lösungsorientiert & professionell
  • Du hilfst bei der Artikelpflege im Onlineshop
  • Du bringst dich ein – mit Ideen, Know-how und einem offenen Ohr fürs Team

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Kundenservice
  • Ein gutes technisches Verständnis – keine Angst vor Fachbegriffen 😉
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office & Co.
  • Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss , weitere Sprachen ein Plus
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative & Zuverlässigkeit runden dein Profil ab
