Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Allgemeine Büroorganisation und administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Bearbeitung von eingehenden Anrufen und E-Mails
  • Pflege von Datenbanken und Ablagesystemen
  • Unterstützung bei der Buchhaltung und Rechnungsstellung

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder etwas Vergleichbares
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Motivation, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln
