Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres kaufmännischen Teams eine zuverlässige Mitarbeiterin.

Eine Einstellung erfolgt in Teilzeit. Die wöchentliche Arbeitszeit umfasst 20,0 Stunden/Woche von Montag bis Freitag. Der tägliche Arbeitsrahmen liegt zwischen 8.00 Uhr und 12.00 Uhr

Entweder besitzen Sie eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder eine entsprechende Berufserfahrung. Bestenfalls haben Sie bereits in einem Handwerksbetrieb gearbeitet.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört u. a.:

  • Anfertigen von Anschreiben, Rechnungen, Angeboten, Aufmaße nach Plan, bzw. Vorgabe erstellen
  • Terminierungen
  • Telefondienst
  • Ablage
  • Personalangelegenheiten
  • Zahlungsverkehr

Kenntnisse in der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung wären von Vorteil. Gute Kenntnisse im MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) sind erforderlich
