Wir sind eine etablierte Hausverwaltung mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der Verwaltung und Betreuung von Mietobjekten.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine organisierte und zuverlässige Bürokraft.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Korrespondenz und Kommunikation mit Mieter/-innen, Hausmeister/Dienstleister

Aufnahme von Schadensmeldungen, Beauftragung Hausmeister und Handwerker

Vorbereitende Buchhaltung, Prüfung Handwerkerrechnungen

Fristenüberwachung, allgemeine administrative Büroarbeiten

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder langjährige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich.

Voraussetzung sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen und Führerschein Klasse B oder Klasse 3.
