## Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) – Kundenberatung & Auftragsabwicklung

Wir, die moduform GmbH, Spezialist für Gartenobjekte und Außenmobiliar in Neustadt am Rübenberge suchen ab sofort einen/eine Kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter\*in (m/w/d) für unserer Kundenberatungs- und Verkaufsteam (Online-Vertrieb ohne persönlichen Kundenkontakt) im Bereich der Kundenberatung und Auftragsabwicklung. Kenntnisse aus technischen Bereichen (Metall- und Stahlbau sowie dem Garten- und Landschaftsbau) wären von Vorteil, sind jedoch keine Bedingung.

Auch erwünscht: Quereinsteiger\*in mit Verkaufstalent

### DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Durchführung von telefonischen Beratungsgesprächen mit Kunden
  • Durchführung von schriftlicher Beratung von Kundenanfragen
  • Preiskalkulation, Angebotserstellung und Auftragsabwicklung
  • Erstellung von Lieferscheinen und Rechnungen

### DEIN PROFIL:

  • Freude an Beratungsgesprächen mit Kunden
  • Erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Auch erwünscht: Quereinsteiger\*in mit Verkaufstalent
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Polnischkenntnisse sind grundlegend vorhanden
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
