Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung von Angeboten für unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden
  • Kaufmännische Abwicklung von Aufträgen
  • Fakturierung
  • Angebotsverfolgung
  • Termin-Überwachung
  • Marktanalysen und Verkaufsförderung
  • Klärung technischer Rückfragen in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen
  • Vorbereitung, der zum Versand benötigten Unterlagen, für Lieferungen

Was bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Ersatzteilwesen oder in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt, Serviceorientierung und gute Umgangsformen im Kontakt mit Kundinnen, Kunden und Kolleginnen sowie Kollegen
  • Umfassende PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office-Paket, SAP-Anwendungskenntnisse von Vorteil)
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Bereitschaft, gemeinsam mit anderen erfolgreich zu sein
  • Erfahrungen im Export und der Exportkontrolle wünschenswert
