Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter (m-w-d) Ihre Aufgaben

  • Annahme und Weiterleitung von Telefonaten
  • Terminplanung und Koordination der Werkstattersatzfahrzeuge
  • Unterstützung der Werkstattmeister
  • Erstellung von Rechnungen und Bedienung des Kassensystems
  • Pflege und Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Fahrzeugdaten
  • Sie bringen mit
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Routine im Umgang mit EDV, Telefon und Büroarbeit
  • Freundlichkeit, Aufgeschlossenheit, Höflichkeit und ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und eine positive Ausstrahlung
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
