  • Bei uns kannst du deine kaufmännischen Fähigkeiten in Verbindung mit telefonischer Kundenbetreuung einsetzen.

Diese spannenden Aufgaben kommen auf Dich zu:

  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden am Telefon und kümmerst dich um deren Anliegen
  • Du bearbeitest Anfragen und Reklamationen professionell und lösungsorientiert
  • Du pflegst alle relevanten Daten in unserem System und sorgst für eine genaue Dokumentation
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass jeder Kunde mit einem Lächeln auf den Lippen das Gespräch beendet

Das wünschen wir uns von Dir:

  • Du hast Freude an der Kommunikation und bist ein echter Teamplayer
  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung, aber auch Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen
  • Du behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und findest Lösungen
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das bieten wir Dir:

  • Einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag
  • ab 16,00 EUR pro Stunde, Vergütung nach GVP-Tarifvertrag
