- Betreuung und Kommunikation von Kunden
- Eigenständige Klärung und Lösung von Kundenanliegen mit Fokus auf eine positive Serviceerfahrung
- Koordination von Kunden- und Serviceaufträgen
- Zusammenstellung, Vorbereitung und Versand
- Unterstützung bei administrativen, organisatorischen und kaufmännischen Aufgaben im Büro

- Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
- Erste Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Büroanwendungen und kaufmännischen Softwarelösungen
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch
- Kommunikativ, verantwortungsbewusst und lösungsorientiert
