Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Fensterbau

Schwerpunkt: Kalkulation & Projektbearbeitung

Wir sind ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen im Fenster- und Türenbau und suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen erfahrenen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), der unser Tagesgeschäft aktiv unterstützt und eigenständig Verantwortung übernimmt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Ausschreibungen
  • Erstellung und Kalkulation von Angeboten
  • Technische Klärung und Abstimmung mit Architekten, Bauherren und Lieferanten
  • Organisation und Begleitung des Tagesgeschäfts im Büro
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und Projektleitung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. Bautechniker, Industriekaufmann, Technischer Zeichner oder vergleichbar)
  • Berufserfahrung im Fenster-, Türen- oder Fassadenbau wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängiger Kalkulationssoftware
  • Technisches Verständnis und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
