PolyTALENT vermittelt direkt an ein wachsendes mittelständisches Unternehmen aus dem E-Commerce-Umfeld in 49624 Löningen . Gesucht wird ein kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter als Sachbearbeiter Stammdaten & Artikelpflege (m/w/d) , der Produkt-, Artikel- und Unternehmensdaten im ERP-/Warenwirtschaftssystem JTL zuverlässig pflegt und die Datenqualität im Tagesgeschäft sicherstellt.

## Aufgaben

  • Pflege, Aktualisierung und Prüfung von Stammdaten im ERP-/Warenwirtschaftssystem JTL
  • Anlage und Verwaltung von Produktdaten, Artikelstämmen, Varianten und Kategorien
  • Sicherstellung von Datenqualität, Datenkonsistenz und Datenvollständigkeit
  • Strukturierung und Optimierung bestehender Datensätze im E-Commerce- und Warenwirtschaftsumfeld
  • Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Vertrieb und Logistik zu Artikeldaten und Sortimentsinformationen
  • Unterstützung administrativer Abläufe im kaufmännischen Backoffice
  • Serviceorientierte Betreuung von Kunden per E-Mail , Telefon und bei Bedarf auch im persönlichen Kontakt vor Ort

## Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Stammdatenpflege , Artikelanlage , Datenerfassung oder in der kaufmännischen Sachbearbeitung
  • Passend z. B. als Sachbearbeiter Stammdaten (m/w/d) , Datensachbearbeiter (m/w/d) , ERP-Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) , Mitarbeiter Artikelmanagement (m/w/d) oder Mitarbeiter Datenmanagement (m/w/d)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office , insbesondere Excel
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse in JTL oder vergleichbaren ERP-/Warenwirtschaftssystemen
