Für unser hochmodernes Lager in Neu Wulmstorf suchen wir einen engagierten kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d).

  • Bearbeitung und Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen (schriftlich und telefonisch)
  • Planung, Erfassung und Überwachung eingehender Container, LKWs und Lieferungen
  • Erstellung von Rechnungen
  • Pflege und Dokumentation relevanter Daten in MS Office Systemen sowie unserem Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lagerpersonal
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Serviceprozesse
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition, Logistik oder Groß- und Außenhandel
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder in der Logistikbranche sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von MS Office Produkten sowie Erfahrung mit einem WMS-System von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Faktischer und praktischer Umgang mit sämtlichen logistischen Themen
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sinn für Humor und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
