Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n kaufmännische/n Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) mit Buchhaltungs- und/oder Immobilienerfahrung.

### Aufgaben:

  • Buchhaltungsaufgaben und Vorbereitung für die Bilanzerstellung
  • Allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben eventuell auch im Personalbereich
  • Auswertungen und Analysen
  • Verwaltung unserer gewerblichen Immobilien
  • Assistenz Aufgaben in der Geschäftsleitung
  • Bei Eignung Weiterentwicklung zur Führungskraft in unserer Unternehmensgruppe

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachwirt oder Bilanzbuchhalter mit min. 2-3 Jahren Erfahrung in Verwaltung, Buchhaltung oder/und auch Immobilienverwaltung - Zum Aufbau als Führungskraft.
  • Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung und Bearbeitung
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden-, Service- und Lösungsorientierung
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
