Was Sie erwartet: 

  • Erfassung und Buchung von Wareneingängen im Warenwirtschaftssystem SHC (ERP),
  • Abgleich von Lieferscheinen mit Bestellungen und Lieferantenrechnungen,
  • Prüfung der eingehenden Waren und Dokumentation, Aktualisierung der Warenbestände
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Bereich Warenwirtschaft und Buchhaltung, Zuarbeit zur Finanzbuchhaltung,
  • Sie arbeiten (Montag- Freitag) von 7.00- 16.00Uhr. Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (30h/Woche).

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, praktische Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung, Warenwirtschaft oder Lagerverwaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen und kaufmännischen Belegen
