Hair24.de ist ein Unternehmen im Onlinehandel mit Haarpflege-, Friseur- und Beautyprodukten. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen zuverlässigen und motivierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für Büroarbeiten und die Betreuung unseres Onlineshops.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Allgemeine Büro- und Verwaltungstätigkeiten
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenbestellungen
  • Pflege und Betreuung unseres Onlineshops
  • Kundenbetreuung per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Erstellung von Rechnungen und Lieferscheinen
  • Pflege von Produktdaten, Preisen und Artikelbeschreibungen
  • Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Versanddienstleistern
  • Unterstützung bei der Auftragsabwicklung

## Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung im Bürobereich oder in der Sachbearbeitung
  • Kenntnisse im E-Commerce und Umgang mit Onlineshops
  • Gute PC- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und freundliches Auftreten

Kenntnisse in Warenwirtschaftssystemen sind von Vorteil.
