Wir sind ein mittelständiges Handwerks-Unternehmen in Berlin und suchen Verstärkung im kaufmännischen Bereich zur sofortigen Einstellung.

Unsere Bauprojekte liegen im Großraum Berlin.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Allgemeine Büroorganisation und Verwaltung
  • Bearbeitung von E-Mails und Telefonanfragen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Rechnungen und Dokumenten
  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung und Buchhaltung
  • Datenpflege und Ablage

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
