Im Kundenauftrag suchen wir im Rahmen unserer Dienstleistung der vermittlungsorientierten Zeitarbeit einen Kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Customer Service & Logistik am Standort Pulheim.

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Bearbeitung und Betreuung von Kundenanfragen im Customer Service – telefonisch sowie schriftlich
  • Klassische Auftragsbearbeitung von der Auftragserfassung bis zur Auslieferung
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Buchung von Lieferscheinen, Versand- und Begleitdokumenten
  • Buchung und Verarbeitung von Belegen im ERP-System (unternehmenseigenes System)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik, Versand, Lager und internen Schnittstellen
  • Unterstützung bei der Versandabwicklung und Terminüberwachung
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten sowie allgemeine kaufmännische Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein vergleichbarer beruflicher Hintergrund
  • Berufserfahrung im Customer Service, in der Logistik, im Versand oder in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation im Arbeitsalltag
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich ATLAS wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
