Für unseren Auftraggeber - einen Partner der Wohnungswirtschaft - suchen wir für die Erfassung und Abrechnung von Wasser- und Wärmekosten sowie die vollumfängliche Kundenbetreuung und -beratung kommunikative Teamplayer. Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie als kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Service in Hoppegarten bei Berlin.

Ihre täglichen Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen
  • Organisation und Verwaltung von Dokumenten, Akten und Dateien
  • Terminplanung und -koordination von Zählerwechseln und Ablesungen
  • Kommunikation mit Mietern und Monteuren
  • Vorbereiten von Rechnungen
  • Auftragserfassung
  • Korrespondenz im Allgemeinen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Fachwissen und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Dokumenten, Stammdaten
  • zuverlässige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Präzision und Sorgfalt
  • hohes Maß an Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • gute Anwendungskenntnisse in Microsoft Office
  • hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
  • Kommunikationsstärke
