## Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir Sie als kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Versand & Supply Chain

Die cds Polymere GmbH & Co. KG ist ein mittelständisches Unternehmen und Teil der europaweit tätigen Possehl Construction Group. Sie entwickelt und produziert PC-Mörtel und Epoxidharz-Beschichtungen für Schutz- und Instandsetzungsaufgaben in Industrie und Verkehrswegebau. Bodenbeschichtungen auf Asphalt und Beton werden zur Gestaltung von Außenflächen und als Radwegbeschichtung eingesetzt. Epoxidharz-Vergussmassen finden Anwendung insbesondere als Maschinen-Fundament und auf Flugbetriebsflächen.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Versandprozesse von der Auftragsfreigabe bis zur termingerechten Zustellung
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Versand- und Lieferdokumenten unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben (z. B. Gefahrgutrichtlinien)
  • Disposition und Beauftragung von Spediteuren, Frachtführern und Paketdienstleistern inklusive Terminabstimmung, Sendungsverfolgung und Rechnungsprüfung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lager, Produktion und Vertrieb zur optimalen Gestaltung der Supply-Chain-Prozesse

## Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann (m/w/d) im Groß- und Außenhandel oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung / Studium mit Schwerpunkt Verkehrswirtschaft
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der kaufmännischen Versandabwicklung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) sowie MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ein Staplerschein wäre wünschenswert, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
