Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen und Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Angebotsvorbereitung in enger Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung
  • Einholen, Auswerten und Vergleichen von Lieferantenangeboten
  • Einkauf von Materialien und Vergabe an Lieferanten
  • Durchführung von Preisanfragen und Kostenanalysen
  • Unterstützung bei projektbezogenen kaufmännischen Abläufen

Ihr Profil:

  • kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Bauwesen oder GaLaBau
  • strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • gutes Zahlenverständnis und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
