Wir sind die THL GmbH – ein mittelständisches Familienunternehmen aus Bielefeld. Als Dienstleister, Entwickler, Hersteller und Händler rund um technische Ausrüstung arbeiten wir mit namhaften Unternehmen und Serviceorganisationen zusammen.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine kaufmännische Unterstützung für unseren Innendienst in Teilzeit.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Pflege von Artikel- und Kundenstammdaten
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Preisen
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Kontrolle von Lieferterminen bei Lieferanten
  • Überwachung offener Kundenaufträge
  • Erstellung und Versand von Auftragsbestätigungen
  • Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Lieferantenanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische Sachbearbeitung

Das bringst du mit:

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System ist von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Kollegen
