kaufmännische Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Versand- und Empfangsbereich .
Arbeitsorte: Schwerin
- Schriftliche Kommunikation mit Kunden im Versand- und Empfangsbereich
- An- und Abmeldung von Sendungen
- Auftragserfassung und Auftragsbestätigung
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Versanddokumenten
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Koordination von Versand- und Empfangsprozessen
- Terminabstimmungen und Statusabfragen
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen per E-Mail, Chat und Telefon
- Erstellung von Berichten und Kundendokumentationen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik-, Lager- und Zollabteilungen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung im Logistik- bzw. Versandbereich
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
