#### Aufgaben

Für unseren Kunden Thalia in Marl suchen wir im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (AÜ) ab sofort einen kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung des Logistikteams.

Du hast Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich, kennst dich mit logistischen Abläufen aus und arbeitest gerne am PC? Dann haben wir genau die richtige Herausforderung für dich!

  • Erfassung und Eingabe von Lieferscheinen in ein internes Warenwirtschaftsprogramm
  • Abfertigung und Betreuung von Lkw-Fahrern
  • Bearbeitung und Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten und Klärfällen
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Lieferanten
  • Pflege und Bearbeitung logistischer Daten am PC
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische und administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Unterstützung der Abläufe direkt auf der Logistikfläche

#### Anforderung

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik oder Spedition
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP, idealerweise SAP EWM
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und logistikbezogener Software
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kaufmännisches Verständnis und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
