Für unseren Kunden aus dem Raum Biberach suchen wir ab sofort im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung einen Mitarbeiter für den kaufmännischen Bereich (m/w/d) in Teilzeit bei 20-25 Stunden pro Woche bei freier Zeiteinteilung. Eine Übernahme ins Kundenunternehmen ist dabei bei Eignung fest angedacht.

Ihre Tätigkeiten:

  • allgemeine kaufmännische Sachbearbeitung (u.a. Rechnungserstellung, Zahlungseingang kontrollieren und ins ERP System buchen)
  • Dokumentenablage und Dokumentenpflege
  • allgemeiner Schriftverkehr
  • Telefondienst an der Zentrale

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Sehr guten MS Office Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in einem ERP System (bevorzugt Microsoft Navision/ Dynamics 365 Business Central)
  • gutes Organisationsgeschick und Freude im Umgang mit Kunden
  • sichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden ihr Profil ab sind aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
