1 Kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)

mit Buchhaltungskenntnissen, in Teilzeit, 100/h pro Monat

(Option auf Ausweitung der Stunden auf 120/h pro Monat)

per sofort

# Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie sind für normale Büro- und Verwaltungstätigkeiten zuständig.
  • Sie telefonieren, versenden Mails und tauschen sich mit dem Inhaber und dem Steuerberater regelmäßig aus
  • Sie prüfen den Rechnungseingang, scannen Rechnungen ein und veranlassen die Zahlungen
  • Sie prüfen die Stundenzettel der Mitarbeiter sowie die zu zahlenden Zuschläge und reichen diese an das Steuerbüro für die Erstellung der Gehaltsabrechnungen weiter
  • Wenn unsere FeWo fertig ist, kümmern Sie sich um die eingehenden Buchungen und übernehmen das "Check in / Check out"

# Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (aufgrund der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerbüro)
  • Sie beherrschen den Umgang mit der EDV und den üblichen Outlook-Programmen
  • Sie bringen kaufmännische Kenntnisse aus einer Vortätigkeit oder einer Berufsausbildung mit
  • Sie haben ein gutes Zahlenverständnis und bringen buchhalterische Kenntnisse mit
  • Sie sind zuverlässig, genau und gehen mit Freude an diese Tätigkeit
