Das erwartet dich:

  • Du übernimmst die komplette Auftragsabwicklung von der Auftragserfassung bis zur Auslieferung
  • Du erstellst Rechnungen, Gutschriften und prüfst abrechnungsrelevante Unterlagen
  • Du pflegst und aktualisierst Kunden-, Artikel- und Preisdaten im ERP- und CRM-System
  • Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für Bestandskunden bei operativen und kaufmännischen Fragen
  • Du unterstützt unsere Business Development Manager aktiv bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Kunden
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, Logistik und Buchhaltung zusammen
  • Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale in Service- und Abrechnungsprozessen und setzt Verbesserungen um
  • Du übernimmst die Betreuung unsere Stammkunden im B2B Bereich
  • Du erstellst Angebote anhand von vorgegebenen Preislisten, legst Aufträge an und wirst Meetings in Englisch halten
  • Einkauf von Produkten und Verbrauchsmaterial

Das solltest du mitbringen:

✔ Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung zum Beispiel Industriekaufmann /-frau

✔ Berufserfahrung wäre von Vorteil

✔ Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office und Office 365

✔ Englisch verhandlungssicher

✔ Erfahrung mit Odoo von Vorteil

✔ Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

✔ Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

✔ Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
