Für unseren Kunden aus dem Bereich Transport und Logistik suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Avisierung im Nahverkehr .

## Deine Aufgaben

  • Avisierung von Sendungen bei Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Abstimmung und Koordination von Lieferterminen
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen rund um anstehende Lieferungen
  • Pflege und Prüfung von Auftrags- und Sendungsdaten
  • Kommunikation mit Disposition und Logistik
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft

## Das bringst du mit

  • kaufmännische Ausbildung , idealerweise mit ersten Erfahrungen
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich, in der Logistik, Spedition oder im Kundenservice
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC, E-Mail und gängigen Office-Anwendungen
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten am Telefon
  • Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

## Arbeitszeiten

  • Vollzeit
  • Frühschicht
  • Arbeitsbeginn zwischen 07:00 und 09:00 Uhr
  • Eintritt ab sofort bzw. nach Vereinbarung
