  • Wir suchen eine zuverlässige und engagierten kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Verkauf und Logistik,
  • der / die unser Team im täglichen Ablauf unterstützt und für Ordnung, Struktur und reibungslose Kommunikation sorgt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Allgemeine Büroorganisation — Ablage, Posteingang/-ausgang, Dokumentenverwaltung
  • Telefon- und E-Mail-Kommunikation — Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Lieferanten und interne Anfragen
  • Termin- und Kalenderverwaltung
  • Rechnungs- und Belegerfassung (Grundkenntnisse ausreichend)
  • Vertrieb und Logistik - Einkauf / Verkauf und Auslieferung von Verkehrszeichen und Zubehör
  • Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Aufgaben des Tagesgeschäfts

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung im Büro oder in der Verwaltung wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC, E-Mail und einfachen Office‑Anwendungen
  • Zuverlässige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Führerschein Klasse BE wünschenswert, Klasse B Voraussetzung
