Über den Job

Mitarbeit in der speditionellen Abrechnung für die Standorte Polch, Neunkirchen und Wittlich zur Erledigung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts

Prüfung und Buchung von eingehenden Rechnungen und Rückrechnungen

Erstellung von ausgehenden Rechnungen und Korrektur fehlerhafter Belege

Abrechnung von Verzollungsdienstleistungen

Verarbeitung von monatlichen Clearings aus nationalen und internationalen Partnernetzwerken

Unterstützung der Kolleg*innen bei der Überwachung von Kennzahlen auf Kostenstellenbasis im Hinblick auf KPI's

Umsetzung und Sicherstellung von zentralseitigen Standards in der speditionellen Abrechnung

Über Dich

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Spedition/Logistik

Teamfähigkeit und ein gutes Zahlenverständnis

Eine strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise

Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen sowie gute Kenntnisse in Englisch
