Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Überwachen der Zahlungseingänge
  • Erstellen von Angeboten und Exposés
  • Erstellen von Rechnungen
  • Gutschriften und Kundenreklamationen bearbeiten
  • Auftragsvergabe (Handwerker, Materialbestellungen)
  • Ausschreibungen durchführen und auswerten
  • Erstellen von Listen und Auswertungen
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Stammdaten
  • gute Kenntnisse "Nebenkostenabrechnung"
  • Kenntnisse in der "Objektverwaltung"

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und verfügen idealerweise über erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Immobilien (Gewerbe und Privat).
  • Sie sind sicher und routiniert im Umgang mit Microsoft-Office, insbesondere verfügen Sie über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Excel.
  • Sie besitzen kaufmännisches Grundverständnis
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und sind engagiert
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Loyalität und ein freundliches Wesen runden Ihr Profil ab.
