KAUFMÄNNISCHER MITARBEITER WARENEINGANG / LOGISTIK (M/W/D)

Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Organisation und Zahlen, arbeitest gerne strukturiert und suchst eine verantwortungsvolle Position im Bereich Logistik? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams und unterstütze uns im Bereich Wareneingang sowie bei der Optimierung unserer Logistikprozesse – wir freuen uns auf dich!

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Fahreranmeldung, Dokumentenprüfung und Ablage
  • Pflege von Wareneingangsdaten in PSI/SAP
  • Kommunikation mit Lager, Speditionen und Lieferanten
  • Bearbeitung von Fehlmengen, Schadens- und KEP‑Klärfällen
  • Durchführung von Bestands- und Qualitätskontrollen
  • Erstellung und Pflege täglicher WE‑ und Controllinglisten
  • Unterstützung bei Spezialaufgaben und Aktionen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, Büromanagement oder vergleichbar)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, Word und Outlook)
  • Erfahrung mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen (z. B. SAP, PSI) von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte Denkweise, Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative
