  • Für unseren Kunden, ein national agierendes Industrieunternehmen mit Standort in Essen, suchen wir im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung einen kaufmännischen Projektmitarbeiter (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung der Projektorganisation und -koordination in einem SAP-Projekt.

Aufgaben

  • Pflege und Überwachung von Projektterminplänen und Meilensteinen
  • Organisation und Nachbereitung von Besprechungen inklusive Protokollführung und Aufgabenverfolgung
  • Bearbeitung und Verwaltung des Posteingangs sowie von Tätigkeitsnachweisen externer Dienstleister
  • Unterstützung bei Change- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem PMO sowie Erstellung von Statusberichten und Gremienunterlagen
  • Pflege projektübergreifender Übersichten im Multiprojektmanagement

Stellenanforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium, z. B. in BWL oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethoden und -standards
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Prozess- und Methodenverständnis
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Bereitschaft zum flexiblen Einsatz remote und vor Ort in Essen nach Absprache
