  • suchen wir im Zuge des weiteren Wachstums einen Kaufmännischen
  • Property Manager (m/w/d) für die Verwaltung von Immobilien im
  • süddeutschen Raum. Dienstsitz ist der Standort in Freiburg. Ihre
  • Aufgaben Allgemeine Mietverwaltung Unterstützung bei der Steuerung
  • der Instandhaltungs- und Renovierungsmaßnahmen Mitarbeit bei der
  • Budgetplanung und Kostenkontrolle Kommunikation mit Mietern und
  • Eigentümern sowie externen Dienstleister*innen Unterstützung bei der
  • Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und Vertragskonditionen Ihre
  • Anforderungen Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder immobilienspezifische
  • Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Erfahrung im
  • Immobilienmanagement von Vorteil Kaufmännische Kenntnisse und
  • Erfahrungen von Vorteil Grundkenntnisse im Mietrecht und
  • immobilienwirtschaftlichen Gesetzen von Vorteil Gute
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Gutes technisches Verständnis
